Will there be any delays regarding the delivery date of Lanyard S?

The delivery date is only for reference, so we recommend that you submit your artwork or data earlier in advance of the desired delivery date. Is there any chance that my order of Lanyard S will not be accepted?

Can I change or cancel my order for Lanyard S?

Cancellation after confirmation of the final production data will incur a cancellation fee. Once mass production has been confirmed, cancellation is not possible. In the event of cancellation, the full amount of the product will be charged.

If the ordered Lanyard S delivered is defective, can it be replaced or returned?

Any defects in the delivered goods must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. If we are found to be at fault, we will remake the product.
