Will there be any delays regarding the delivery date of Snap Band / Reflector?

The delivery date is only for reference, so we recommend that you submit your artwork or data earlier in advance of the desired delivery date. Is there any chance that my order of Snap Band / Reflector will not be accepted?

We may reject your order if we find the artwork or data to be unacceptable at the time of data confirmation. The Company does not guarantee that the expression of the content of the artwork or data after submission will not violate any laws or regulations, In addition, we will not be held responsible for any products manufactured by us that are pointed out by a third party due to copyright infringement.

Can I change or cancel my order for Snap Band / Reflector?

Cancellation after confirmation of the final production data will incur a cancellation fee. Once mass production has been confirmed, cancellation is not possible. In the event of cancellation, the full amount of the product will be charged.

If the ordered Snap Band / Reflector delivered is defective, can it be replaced or returned?

Any defects in the delivered goods must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. If we are found to be at fault, we will remake the product. However, we are not responsible for any compensation for damages caused by delays. We will not be responsible for any claims received after 7 days from the delivery date.

Product samples are available for lending. Please select "Sample Request" from the "Inquiry" section in the inquiry form to contact us. We will check the availability of product samples and send them to you when they are ready. Some product samples may need to be returned.
