Will there be any delays regarding the delivery date of Chopsticks?

The delivery date is only for reference, so we recommend that you submit your artwork or data earlier in advance of the desired delivery date. Is there any chance that my order of Chopsticks will not be accepted?

We cannot handle artwork or data that may violate copyright laws or design data that may be "indecent images" in violation of Article 175 of the Penal Code. We may reject your order if we find the artwork or data to be unacceptable at the time of data confirmation. Can I change or cancel my order for Chopsticks?

Cancellation after confirmation of the final production data will incur a cancellation fee. Once mass production has been confirmed, cancellation is not possible. In the event of cancellation, the full amount of the product will be charged.

If the ordered Chopsticks delivered is defective, can it be replaced or returned?

Any defects in the delivered goods must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. If we are found to be at fault, we will remake the product. However, we are not responsible for any compensation for damages caused by delays. We will not be responsible for any claims received after 7 days from the delivery date.

Can I see the product samples of Chopsticks?

Product samples are available for lending. Please select "Sample Request" from the "Inquiry" section in the inquiry form to contact us. We will check the availability of product samples and send them to you when they are ready. Some product samples may need to be returned. In such cases, please note that the samples will be returned by the customer's prepayment.

We can provide photographic and physical confirmation of prototypes for most products, but an additional fee will be charged. Please inquire for each product. In addition, if design changes are made after the confirmation of the prototype, additional charges and delivery time will be incurred.
